CNC two-head wire bending machine.

The Series BT multiple-head bending machines allows the production of parts from Ø 2 mm. to Ø 10 mm.  

This type of machines have the particularity of producing parts of both small dimensions (50 mm. – something impossible for the competitors any other multiple-head machine), and large ones up to linear developments of three meters.

In both cases, speed and precision will be high, thanks to the bending of pre-straightened bars by way of the rotating wire straightening body which will make inert the bar.

Subsequently the bars will be bent on two independent work stations.

One station will bend the right side and the other one the left side.

Everything will work independently – feed and cut, right side bending and left side bending will be performed simultaneously.

The 3-axix CNC bending heads will each allow multi-beam bending and will solve any complication.

The considerable importance of the mechanical structure, such as the width of the flat guides on which slide the carriages and the imposing structure of the bending turrets, ensure that the repeatability of the particular products is of a quality unmatched today by any comparable machine.

The programming system allows to work with the polar system from the edge of the machine, which consists of inserting the wire feed, the bending angle and the 3D rotation. 

As an alternative, we can insert IGES or STEP files or other formats and it is the machine that will transform them into an executive program.
